Hi, I’m Rebecca—married to my loving husband and partner on this spiritual journey, Yehuda and a mother to four beautiful children, ages 11 to 1. I’ve spent over 15 years on a deep spiritual journey, exploring my purpose, gifts, being an empath and the unseen world within and around us. Marriage and motherhood became powerful catalysts for my own inner work, inspiring me to seek healing and authenticity on every level.

I work with both adults and children, blending my conscious parent coaching certification with tools like the Akashic Records, Emotional Release, Belief System work, breathwork, chakra clearing, inner child healing, past life exploration, and meditation into a unique practice that helps others feel calmer, healthier, and more connected to themselves. Many clients feel inspired and awakened to a deeper understanding of the spiritual world and the energy that surrounds them.

I often receive intuitive messages—from the soul, from departed loved ones, and from divine sources—that bring clarity, peace, and purpose. I help people decipher these messages, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and open up to a deeper relationship with yourself, those around you, God and life’s true meaning.

Today, I guide clients through a deeply integrative healing experience, rooted in all I’ve learned over the years infused with the wisdom of my own journey and the truth in my heart

My Timeline

where I've been
1988

Born in Brookline, Massachusetts

1995

Moved to New York where I grew up (Yankees fan!)

2000

Had my first experience volunteering and began to feel that helping people lit my soul on fire

2007

Began to work in the world of finance. Made money but didn’t feel fulfilled.

2010

Left the world of Finance and began to volunteer in a non profit

2011

Body began to shut down and get sick from stress. Learned about my food allergies and my need to be strong in my spiritual work.

2012

Got married

2014

Had my first baby- a girl! It brought out my biggest anxieties and worries and propelled me further into the wholistic and spiritual world as I wanted to raise her that way.

2016

Introduced to the world of limiting belief systems and how they create emotional and physical blockages in our lives.

2019

Had my 3rd baby. I began to feel more overwhelmed and as my two older children grew I realized I needed to learn more of a proactive structure through which to parent and communicate with them and to not repeat generational patterns.
I received my conscious parent coaching certification.
I also found the Akashic Records

2020

Dived deeper to fully address the spiritual and energetic layers beneath behavior, conflict, and emotion. Left my job as an administrator to peruse my coaching business full time.

2022

read, explored, and studied other healing modalities to expand how to truly heal at the root.

2021

Through my own healing journey I unlocked the intuitive and energetic powers that have always lived within me.

Today

I work with adults and children and through deeply intuitive, personalized sessions I blend the Akashic Records, Emotional Release, Belief System work, breathwork, chakra clearing, inner child healing, past life exploration, and meditation into an integrative healing experience that is my own and flows from my heart.
I also host events for women to come together to connect, heal and grow.
