How my 1-1 coaching program works:
Our first free discovery call is 15-20 minutes. It is a gentle, intuitive conversation where we explore what’s coming up for you, what you’re seeking, and how I can support your healing and growth. It’s a space to feel heard, ask questions, and see if we’re aligned to work together. No pressure, just an invitation to connect, soul to soul.
If you decide to work 1:1 with me, it will be a personalized, soul-led journey. Each session blends intuitive insight, emotional healing, and spiritual tools tailored to your needs. We gently uncover what’s holding you back, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect you with your truth, power, and purpose, so you can feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned with the life you’re meant to live. Sessions are generally 1 hour, and it is recommended but not mandatory to meet once a week…
For those who recognize that healing is a lifelong journey, our work evolves as you do. As you grow, we’ll intuitively integrate new tools with what your soul needs. Sessions flow naturally; there’s no pressure or rigid structure. Some find that weekly sessions offer the consistency they need, while others come as life calls. You choose what feels right and how often we meet, guided by what’s arising in your life and heart.

Group Sessions:
My group sessions offer a sacred space for shared growth. Whether for healing, intuition, parenting, connection or another topic, each gathering is guided by divine insight to bring transformation and soulful support to your community or circle. I lead a healing space which can be lecture style, question and answer, meditative, workshop, journaling or a mix of it all! I will always stick around to answer 1-1 questions at the end as well
This initial call is a space to connect and explore your group’s needs, intentions, and vision for the gathering. We’ll discuss the themes you’d like me to speak on, the energy of the group, and how I can best support your audience through intuitive insight and healing guidance. It’s a collaborative conversation to see if we’re aligned.
